He was predeceased by: his parent Pvt. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hodge; his children, Jerry Hodge Jr., Jacqueline Ide (Don), Jill Hodge, Deana Kitts (Karl), Travis Hodge, Ashley Williams (John), Katelyn Hodge and Zachary Hodge; his grandchildren, Callie, Jerod, Tony, Sarah, Daisy, Korisa, Kaley, Klayton, Jacob, Shelby, Hunter and Elliana; and his siblings, Judy Juergens (George) and Jeff Shannon. He is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
