She was predeceased by: her parents, Cindra O'Hara (Cooper) and Raymond D. O'Hara; and her mother-in-law Barbara Jean Jones. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Jones of Van Buren; her children, Cindra Crist (Stephen) of Gas City, Douglas J Smith II (Ayumi), Michael M. Matthews (Trina) of Oak Harbor, WA and Jonathon Jones of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Colson Crist, Emma Smith, Kai Matthews and Aliyah Matthews; and her brother Christopher O'Hara (Samantha) of Gas City. She is also survived by several cousins and close friends.
