We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2022, at the age of 77, Edith Ann Newsom (Van Buren, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Rifner and Jane Rifner; and her brother Doug Rifner. She is survived by: her husband John W. Newsom of Fort Wayne, IN; her children, Ben Newsom and Terrie Newsom of St. Louis, MO; her stepmother Elissa Crothers of Van Buren, IN; her brother Greg Rifner (Patty) of Yorktown, IN; her half-siblings, Scott Rifner (Donna) of New Castle, IN and Nikki Shipp (Mitchel) of Indianapolis, IN; and her sister-in-law Cindy Rifner of Tennessee. She is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and dear friends.
