He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Parker and Carrie Parker (Miller); his wife Olga Angelo; his pet Gordon; and his siblings, Eugene and Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Judith Parker (Peter Wood), Linda Wood (Brad) and William Parker II (Annette); his grandchildren, Tyler Wood (Brittany), Sarah Giovannucci (Matt), Sophia Wood and Hannah Eppley (Sam Ludlow); and his great grandchild Carson.
