He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Munoz; his parents, Madeline Munoz and Raymond Munoz; and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Fleehart, Richard Bowers and Alan Bowers.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Lathrop (Wayne), LeAnne Munoz (Dan Cummins) and Brian Munoz (Tiffany Bacon); his stepdaughter Jessica Kelley (Shawn); his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Kelley and Elana Lathrop; his sisters, Emma Munoz and Maria Fleehart; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Rositas (Dingo), Vikki Oosterhoff (Doug), Judy Bowers, Pat Bowers, Terry Bowers and Mike Bowers. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Instead of flowers, the family encourages donations made in Bill's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
