He was predeceased by: his father William Tailford. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly (Baker); his children, Gideon and Amelia; his mother Jacquelynn Tailford; his sisters, Kimberly Cooper (James) and Tammy Luther (Glenn) of Sylvania, Ohio; and also, Harry, Cheryl Baker of Dyer, Sheri Smith (Lee) and Traci Noble (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the family to provide for the children's future education.
