He was predeceased by: his father Michael Kominakis. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy J. Kominakis (Yaros); his spouse Ashlee Sweeney; his sons, Wyatt and Waylon; his brother Ryan Kominakis (Alyse); his nephews, Charlie and Jack; his parents-in-law, Keith and Mindy Sweeney; and his sister-in-law Karessa Sweeney. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moeller Funeral Home (104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the family.
