He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlin Monroe and Willie B. Frazier (Tackett); and his spouse Shelba Frazier (King). He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Snider (Stephen); his grandchildren, Caitlin Weisel, Tarin Snider (Isaac Serles) and Madelin Snider; his daughter Valerie Cusick Rogers (John); his grandchild Brianne Stojkovich (Marc); his great grandchild Emma Stojkovich; and his grandchildren, Ryan Cusick, Paige Cusick and Cassidy Cusick.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Graceland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel (1505 E Morthland Dr, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
