She was predeceased by: her father Richard Pinnell. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Pinnell; her brothers, Jeffrey and Michael Pinnell; her children, William Bohn Jr. and Brandi Spear (Steffan); and her grandchildren, Arlo and Owen Spear.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Porter County Animal Shelter in Tammy's name.
