She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashby Stowers and Lola Stowers (Burton); her sons, Kevin Doyle Loftis and Allen Kim Loftis; and her brothers, Harold and Luther Stowers.
She is survived by: her husband Virgil Doyle Loftis; her children, Barry Loftis of Valparaiso, Joey Loftis (Tina) of Kouts and Jenny Loftis of Valparaiso; her grandchildren, Adam, Eric, Taylor and Brogan; her great grandchild Soleiya; her sister Wanda Smith; and her daughter-in-law Dawn Loftis.
