She was predeceased by: her husband George Georgion; her parents, Nicholas Demitrakias and Katherine Demitrakias; her siblings, Stella Pantelyodis and Bill Demitrakias; and her grandson Nick Georgion, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Art Georgion, Nick Georgion (Janet) and George Georgion (Christine); and her sister JoAnn Lohse. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Stephanie's name to Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
