She was predeceased by: her son Scot Carpenter; and her sister Brenda Thompson. She is survived by: her husband William "George" Carpenter; her daughters, Bridgette Suprenant (Douglas) and Barbara Ann Napier (Jon); her daughter-in-law Elaine Carpenter (Kevin Pastrick); her siblings, Frank Thompson and Carla Goldschmidt; and her grandchildren, Chase, Trevor, Alyssa, Gavin, Aaron, Linsey, Macie, William, Travis, Shane, Courtney and Alexa. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bartholomew Funeral Home (102 Monroe St, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A burial will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Graceland Cemetery.
