With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Kay Linton Gott of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Providence, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Linton and Ivan Linton; and her son Jeffrey D. Gott. She is survived by: her husband Dale W. Gott Jr.; her daughter Kimberly Cook (Mike); her daughter-in-law Veronica Gott; her son Thomas Allen Gott; her brother David Linton (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Garret, Ethan, Denali Cook, Isabel, Nathan Gott, Benjamin and Molly Gott.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Valparaiso Parks Department (https://valpoparks.org) in Sharon's name.
