He was predeceased by: his sister Melissa Van Blaricum. He is survived by: his parents, Ed Blaricum and Janice Van Blaricum; his sister Lesli Mikenas (Jeff); and his nieces, Morgan and Brooke Mikenas. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, and friends.
