She was predeceased by: her parents, George Girard and Ruby Girard (Kyes); her husband Robert L. Ullery; her brother George Girard; and her brother-in-law Jerry Spagna.
She is survived by: her children, Roberta Woods (Chuck), Richelle Barger, Beth Yoakum (Bruce), Julie Fort Peoples (Steve), Marcie Altman and Richard Altman (Leigh Ann); her sister Bertie Spagna (Ben Mitchell); and her grandson David L. Coombs. She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
