She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Leasure and Ruthie Leasure (Bowers); her husband Clarence E David; her daughters, Renae Siurek and Phyllis Johnson; her siblings, Goldie Wulderk, Vernie Shallenberger, Sylvia Shipley and Russell Leasure; and her close friend Donna Hamm.
She is survived by: her children, Duane E. Leasure, Diana L. Ezinga (David), David C. David (Robbin) and Devra D. Leonard. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.
The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the donor's choice in lieu of flowers.
