He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Krupchak (Devery) of Valparaiso, IN and Kathryn Weber of Wilmette, IL; his grandsons, Christopher Krupchak (Karla) of Oak Park, IL, Colin Krupchak (Nicole) of Indianapolis, IN and Kevin Krupchak (Patricia) of Chicago, IL; and his great grandchildren, Regina, Benjamin, Lucia and Miles. He is also survived by his three grandsons.
