He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Finley and Dorothy Finley (Cargo); his spouse Vietta Blunk; and his brothers, Joe and Donald Finley.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Finley, Jr. of Valparaiso and Julie Ramirez (Lorenzo) of Valparaiso; his brothers, Joseph, Richard and Michael Finley; and his grandchildren, Joshua Reis, Adriano Reis, II, Lorenzo Ramirez, Madison Ramirez, Eaven Finley, Katya Finley, Michelle Finley, Vietta Finley, Jasmine Finley, Jude Finley and Mohsin Braza.
