He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Mehosky; his daughters, Moira Cattapan of Wisconsin and Megan Kennedy of Valparaiso; his siblings, John Kennedy (Pat), George Kennedy (Mary) and Margaret Kennedy; his sister-in-law Terry Kennedy; and his grandchildren, Lauren Cattapan, Abby Cattapan, Luke Cattapan, Anastasia Sweet and Isabelle Sweet.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Indiana food bank, St. Paul School, Hilltop House in Valparaiso, or Cursillo (Diocese of Gary).
