We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2021, at the age of 65, Ricky Finney of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ricky Finney to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Finney and Alma Finney (King); his spouse Heide Broadwater; his children, Joe Finney (Tracie) of LaCrosse, Megan Trumbo (David) of Kouts, Lisa Finney of Valparaiso, Jon Finney of Valparaiso and Brianna Finney of Valparaiso; his grandchildren, Triston of Chase, D. J., Colton, Ben, Brooklyn, Easton, Luke and Nolan; his siblings, Gary Finney (Joy), Cindy Hilgeman, Judy Villaflor and Kathy Wilson (Kevin); and his parents-in-law, Paul and Betty Broadwater. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and in-laws.

Everyone in attendance is strongly encouraged to wear a face mask.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to ChildFund, World Vision, or Valley Baptist Church.
