He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Peracki and Bernice Peracki (Przytula). He is survived by: his wife Esther Minyard; his children, Christina Peracki of Hobart, Mark Peracki (Judy) of Valparaiso and Nicholas Peracki (Tori) of Wheeler; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Ditchcreek (Ryan), Kyle Behrendt (Nikki), Holly Richardson (Tim), Erik Peracki, Robert Peracki (Anne), Damian Peracki (Abbey) and Dakota Fitzgerald (Hunter).
