With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Mary Scott of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Yonkers, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2024 at the age of 84. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Patricia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McGrath and Miriam McGrath (Fruen); her husband John Barclay Scott; and her sisters, Diane Conover and Jane Neary.

She is survived by: her sons, David Scott (Timothy) of Massachusetts, James E. Scott of LaPorte and Thomas C. Scott of Kansas City, MO..
