She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Glaze and Thelma Glaze; her spouse J. T. Mullins; and her sons, Paul and James Mullins.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Toni Mullins; and her grandchildren, Erica, Deanna, Alexandrea and Kimberly. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Calvary Church.
