She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Krystek and Genevieve Krystek (Ryba). She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Runnells (Richard) of Benton and Kimberly Balko (Ryan) of Valparaiso; and her grandchildren, Alexander, McKenna Runnells, Connor and Nathaniel Balko.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
