It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pamela Kay Creviston (Valparaiso, Indiana), who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Meredith and Bernice Mary Creviston; and her siblings, David, Randy, William Creviston and Leola Chambers.

She is survived by: her children, Tanya Wolf (Anton) and Nicholas Katovitch; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Melanie and Anton Wolf. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Pamela's name to the Bonner Senior Center in Portage, IN where she enjoyed dancing with her friends.

“Dear Family of Penny (Pamela) - "Penny" and her family were neighbors across the street from me North Hammond where she and her parents and siblings grew up in the duplex directly from me. She and her family moved shortly after Randy was born. Penny was a nice person and I had the opportunity to talk with her a few times. My husband at one point in time appraised her home.
