It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma M. Hoecker of Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Hoecker; her son William L. Hoecker (Jan) of Elgin; her parents, Ralph Wynkoop and Johanna Wynkoop; and her siblings, Delmar Wynkoop and Beatrice Mannel.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas R. Hoecker (Sue) of Paradise Valley, Beverly S. Smith (Steve) of Valparaiso, Charles R. Hoecker (Cheri) of Prairie and Paul A. Hoecker of Dubuque, Iowa.; and her granddaughter Norma. She is also survived by her family, numerous nieces and nephews.
