We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2024, at the age of 87, Nick D. Swartz of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Rochester, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Friendy W. Swartz and Vera M. Swartz (Moore); his wife Peggy Johnson; his siblings, Elizabeth Nelson and Voris D. Swartz; and his daughter-in-law Carol Swartz.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Wellsand (Don) of Arizona and Tim Swartz of Carmel; his brother Roy D. Swartz of Rochester; his grandchildren, Stephanie Jackovich (Alex), Christopher Wellsand (Lilly), Nicholas Swartz (Maggie) and Patrick Swartz; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Lucas, Emerson, Gavin, Palmer, Justin, Dylan and Asher.
