She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Jakelski and Marie Jakelski (Bankowski); and her brother Jerome Jakelski. She is survived by: her husband Richard Borth; her sons, Phil Borth (Kellie) of Valparaiso, IN, Tim Borth (Linda Piazza) of Chicago, IL and Greg Borth (Jill) of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Max, Luke, Mollie, Zach Borth, Alyssa Kussow (Jimmy), Austin and Evan Borth; her great grandchild Sadie; and her brothers, Patrick Jakelski (Debbie) and Rick Jakelski (Mary).
