He is survived by: his spouse Donna Sue Cooper; his children, Michael James Kucera (Dawn) of Kouts and Melissa Stock (Shawn) of Hobart; his grandchildren, Garrett and Elliana; and his brother Joseph Kucera (Jan) of Oregon.
