Mary Polos Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Polos of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Polos and Florence Polos (Malo); her son Anthony Polos; and her brother John Polos. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jo Polos and Patty Black-Gillins (Kurt); her granddaughters, Lilly Gillins and Kendall Rinehart; her siblings, Gerri Landgrebe and Pete Polos (Marie); and her nieces, Debra Jones, Deanne McMullen, Chris Murray, Kim Spejewski, Rhonda Polos-Klen and Wendy Polos. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral costs.
