He was predeceased by: his parents, David Siddall and Carmella Siddall (Toteno). He is survived by: his children, Jessica Holst (Chris) of Knox and Arica Siddall of Kingsford Heights; his siblings, Paul Siddall and Carla Michalak (Peter); his grandchildren, Marc Siddall of Knox, Kennedy Holst of Knox and Luke Holst (Alaina) of Colorado Springs; his nieces, Nicole Daudet (Jeff), Carmen and Rachael Siddall; and his nephew Peter Michalak (Julia). He is also survived by 6 great nieces and nephews.
