It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcelle Domke of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Hecla, South Dakota, who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylord Thorpe and Luella Thorpe (Oltman); her husband Paul H. Domke; her brother G. Keith Thorpe; her son-in-law Michael Rukavina; and her granddaughter-in-law Sunshine Saylor.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Rukavina of Valparaiso, Carla Weiss (Michael) of Valparaiso, Gayla Domke of Valparaiso and Keith E. Domke (Nancy) of Boerne, Texas; her grandchildren, Tim Saylor (Jody), Kevin Saylor, Megan Marolf (Chris), Kaitlin Weiss, Amelia Domke, Rachelle Willgren (Charles) and Justine Domke; and her great grandchildren, Carolyn (Ryan), Jacob, Natalie, Owen, Hugo, Khalen and Ezekiel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Immanuel Lutheran School in Valparaiso.
