He was predeceased by: his parents, Franciso Urgino and Dolores Urgino (Siao); and his sister Dr. Mercedita Urgino. He is survived by: his wife Minda; his children, Norman Urgino (Colleen), Mayumi Urgino and Isagani Urgino (Jennifer); and his siblings, Remedios Jimenez (Felizardo), Lito Urgino (Edith), Tessie Urgino and Cary Urgino (Mapette). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
