She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Howard and Maxine Howard (Buchanan); her spouse Thomas E. Dickinson; and her brother Harry Paul Howard. She is survived by: her siblings, Elliott Dickinson (Karissa) of Valparaiso, Courtney Groch (Mark) of Broadlands, VA and Wesley Dickinson (Mindy) of Papillion, NE; and her grandchildren, Dagny, Gloria, Thomas, Evelyn, Aubrey and Genevieve.
As a multiple organ transplant recipient, in lieu of flowers her family requests memorial donations to be made to the Indiana Donor Network.
