She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Reed (Michael) of Anderson, IN, Donald Clark, Jr. (Rhonda) of Valparaiso, IN and James Clark (Lynn) of Memphis, TN; her nieces and nephews, Jeffery Clark (Julia), Donald Clark III (Jackie), Seth Clark, Clay Clark, Thomas Reed (Tonya) and Emily Fortner (Jesse); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Caleb, Tetiana, Cadynce, Donnie IV, Colbie, Damon, Amber, Gabbi, Noelle and Jeanne; her close friends, Kathy, JoAnne, Pearl, Melody, Mary and Sue; and her pet Mollie.
