Jozwiak of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley E. Jozwiak and Theresa A. Jozwiak (Toth); his wife Elaine Locke; his children, Steven Jozwiak (Jeni) of Juneau, Stephanie Paduch (Mike) of Valparaiso and Matthew Jozwiak (Julie) of Valparaiso; his siblings, Terri Langel (Rick) of Granger, Tom Jozwiak (Pam) of Mishawaka and Bernie Jozwiak (Lois) of Fort Wayne; and his grandchildren, Michael, Anna Jozwiak, Joseph Paduch and Charlotte Jozwiak.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Agnes Adult Day Care Center for which Leonard had served as a Board member many years.
