He is survived by: his former wife Patricia A. Dunn; his grandchildren, Pam Byrne (Ed) of Valparaiso, Fred Benner (Kim) of Valparaiso and Tammy Scheibel (John) of Valparaiso; and his spouse Alex Byrne of Valparaiso. He is also survived by his wife's sister and her husband.
