He is survived by: his mother Mary Nell Caldwell (Duncan); his brother William (Bill); his sister-in-law Elizabeth Caldwell; his sister Glenda Caldwell; his brother-in-law Don Mathes; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Kassidy Caldwell, Breanna and Bret Doorenbos; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kasen and Barrett; his nieces and nephews, Kate and Thomas Duff; and his great-nephew Noah.
