We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2022, at the age of 93, Josephine (Jo) Brown of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Makovsky and Anna Makovsky (Hrych); and her siblings, Theodore Makovsky, MD, Gladys Mitchell (David) and Virginia Cain (Archie).
She is survived by: her brother Dr. Theodore Makovsky; her children, Teri Gray (Robert) and Matt Brown (Melissa); her grandchildren, Jessica Roberts (Greg), Daniel, James Gray, Rachel Pabon (Fred) and Matthew Brown; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Brandon Roberts, Noah, Mackenzie and Kiersten Pabon.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Life Care Center of Valparaiso for maintenance and care of the aviary that brought Josephine so much joy….
