It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Meyer of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Meyer and Bernadette Meyer; his wife Audrey Josephine Scully; his brother Joseph Meyer; and his nephew Joe Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Meyer (Lisa) of Valparaiso, IN and Dawn Westberry (Bill) of Niles, MI; his grandchildren, Lauren Meyer, Mark Meyer, Will Westberry and Jake Westberry; and his sister Joan Snow of Dyer, IN. He is also survived by six nieces; and many cousins.
