He was predeceased by: his parents, Artie Blunk and Almeda Blunk (Norris); his son Keith Blunk; his grandson Phillip Treece, Jr.; his siblings, Jessie, Ira "Art", Fred, Norris, Mary and Irene; and his sons-in-law, Phillip Treece, Sr. and Millard Tate.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Blunk; his daughters, Kathleen Tate (Paul Lucas) and Karen Treece; and his siblings, Georgia Prowant and Eugene Blunk. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
