It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joane Grieger of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Andrews, Indiana, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Stephens and Ruth Stephens (Davis); her husband Gene A. Grieger; her son Mike; and her sister Kris.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Lodics (Dan) and Wendy Guth (Jim); her daughter-in-law Mary Grieger; her grandchildren, Danielle Chen (Paul), Brandon Lodics (Kelsey), Chelsea Toppin (Curt), Justin Grieger and Aaron Grieger; her great grandchildren, Reilly, Graham Lodics, Miles and Lena Toppin; and her caregiver Stephanie Robertson.
