Jerry N. Polakis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2022, at the age of 94, Jerry N. Polakis (Valparaiso, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Polakis and Amalia Polakis; his brother Angelo Polakis; and his daughter Cynthia Polakis McLeod. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Polakis; his daughters, Amalia Kendall (Robert) and Paulette Polakis; his son-in-law Dan McLeod; his grandchildren, Stephanie Kang (Hui) and Nicholas Kendall (Morgan); and his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Theodore, Harvey, Walter and Effie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jerry's name to St. Iakovos Greek Orthodox Church.
