She is survived by: her husband George A. Azar; her children, Nicole Azar (Douglas Mazurek) of Valparaiso, IN, George Azar (Marcelle) of Valparaiso, IN and Michael Azar (Amy Wang) of San Jose; her grandchildren, Daniel Azar, Emma Mazurek, Patrick Azar, Kayla Azar, George A. Azar and Michael B. Azar; and her sisters, Anna Marie Zaknoen of San Diego, CA., Helen Hathoot of Michigan City, IN and Selma Azar of Schaumberg, IL..
