It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Platipodis of Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jason Platipodis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Bill Platipodis; and his brother Robert Platipodis. He is survived by: his mother Jan Westergren; his daughter Piper Grace Platipodis; his sister-in-law Carla Platipodis; his siblings, Jill Platipodis of Valparaiso, Christopher Platipodis (Heather) of Valparaiso, Jessica Ruge (Josh) of Valparaiso and Jeffrey Platipodis (Katie) of Indianapolis; and his nieces and nephews, Ava, Mya, Sam, Alec, Nathan, Mikayla, Noah, Kate, Dylan and Jacob. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to an education fund for Piper Grace Platipodis, checks payable to: Ameriprise Financial, 260 Franklin St., Ste. 103, Valparaiso, IN 46383, memo line: Piper Platipodis.
