With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jane Daniely Kubal of Valparaiso, Indiana, born in Columbus, Indiana, who passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father John P. Daniely. She is survived by: her mother Faye Daniely Polarek; her sisters, Judy Worland (Gary) and Johnna Gholston (Gregg); and her former husband Larry Kubal. She is also survived by four nephews, one niece; three great nieces, two great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Opportunity Enterprises.
