He was predeceased by: his father J. T. Mullins; and his brother Paul Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Mullins (Glaze); his pet Brie; his wife Toni Clouse; his children, Joseph Wright and Kim Mullins (Kris Lohn); and his grandchildren, Hendrix, Bartholomew, Ruby and Octavia.
