He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Moss and Helen Moss (Chasko); his sister Jean Whistler; and his grandson Bryce Handley. He is survived by: his children, Pam Rapo (Mark), Patricia Ison (Clay), Patrick Pacheco (Rutila), Monica Handley (Brian) and Victoria Hernandez (Steve); his grandchildren, Mark Rapo, Amanda Spillman, Brandon Sutkowski, Micaela Pacheco, Isabela Pacheco, Vicente Pacheco, Mallory Handley, Jacob Hernandez (Kylee), Aliya Hernandez, James Hernandez and Steven Hernandez; his great grandchildren, Kinsley Rapo, Ada Spillman, Lainey Spillman and Xavier Hernandez; and his nephew Warren Whistler. He is also survived by his family, friends.
