He was predeceased by: his grandfather James Valentine Milligan; and his aunts, Leslie Kegley and Valerie Norman. He is survived by: his parents, James Frank Milligan and Carolyn Milligan (Norman) of Valparaiso, IN; his sisters, Sylvia Glass (Jacob) of Crown Point, Patricia Bratcher (Derrick) of North Carolina and Naomi Kinyon (Brice) of South Bend; his nieces and nephews, Jodeci, Jameer, Isaac, Violet and Connor; and his grandparents, Leland, Paula Norman and Lillian Milligan. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Moeller Funeral Home (104 Roosevelt Rd, Valparaiso, IN 46383). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Kosanke Funeral Home (309 S Main St, Kouts, IN 46347).
