He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lewis; his parents, James Wayco and Phyllis Wayco; his sister-in-law Christy Wayco; his niece Ashley Wayco; his nephew Carson Wayco; his stepson Steve Muenstermann (Lindsey); his daughter Katie Muenstermann (Nick Cavins); his grandchildren, Eli, Aubrey, Presley, Owen, Olivia and Layla; his extended family, Ron Wayco, Jemetta Hunt (Alvin Washington), Dr. Loren Hunt (Debbie Weiler), Andrea Hunt, Emily Hunt, Koleta Hunt Forcelli (Peter), Giavanna, Liliana and Brienna; and his pet Kaiser.
